Health Insurance

Highwoods provides a comprehensive package including three weeks of vacation that increases with tenure, sick time, eleven paid holidays including two personal holidays, eight volunteer hours, etc.

Parental Leave

Parental Leave provides employees who are becoming parents or expanding their families paid time away from work to bond with their new child and adjust to their new family situation. Eligible employees who give birth will receive twelve weeks of paid leave.

401(k) Plan

Retirement Savings Plan with a generous company match of 75% of your elective deferrals on up to six percent of your eligible compensation each pay period. All coworkers are 100% vested after three years of service.

Educational Assistance
