Steve is the head of the Orlando market, directing a portfolio of 2.2M SF of premier office space. He has 36 years of experience in commercial real estate by now, and his experience constitutes an important asset for Highwoods since 1996, when he started his career as director of leasing in our Tampa division until January 2009. Prior to Highwoods, Steve worked for Towermarc Corporation, a predecessor company, as a leasing representative. His influence goes beyond our company walls—he is an active player in Orlando's future development through his seat on the Downtown Development and Community Redevelopment Advisory Boards. He laid the foundation for his success at Skidmore College, where he earned his B.S. degree.

Heather comes to Highwoods with 20 years in commercial real estate. Most recently as a principal and Executive Vice President with Colliers International, she led her team in doubling the Landlord Services portfolio during her three-year tenure. Heather has a unique ability to drive value in office buildings through adaptive re-positioning of assets and creative storytelling. As a known leader in the industry, she serves on the board of directors for ACBR, Buckhead CID and the Atlanta Women's Foundation.

Skip is the division vice president with over 27 years of commercial real estate experience, overseeing all leasing, property management and development activities. Previously, Skip was corporate vice president of leasing where he was responsible for overseeing leasing activities throughout the Company and expanding and leveraging its multi-market customer program.
